CHRISTMAS DELIVERY 2017
Santa and his reindeer's aren’t the only ones that’ll be busy delivering parcels this Christmas! The post service is always busy, so to ensure you receive your delivery in time for Christmas please order before midnight on Sunday 17th December.


Delivery/Postage Charges
All our goods are sent out using Second Class Mail, usually within 48 hours of receipt of order, unless otherwise stated. 

  • Postage in the UK is a flat rate of £3.50 per parcel.

Offer: Hanging Christmas Tree Decorations
All the hanging personalised Christmas tree decorations are £9.00 each unless they are in the sale. If you place an order for 4 or more decorations you can take advantage of a discounted price of £8.00 each. To qualify for the discounted price orders must be placed in lots of 4 or more decorations. Please note we are unable to offer the discounted price retrospectively.
If you are placing an order for more than four decorations when you are ready to checkout please select Postal Service as the delivery method. You will then be given the option to select Request Invoice as the payment method. We will then send you a paypal invoice for your order with the discounted applied.

Offer: Free UK Postage for up to 3 Garden Flags
If you purchase up to 3 12" x 18" Flags you will be entitled to FREE UK POSTAGE.

Refunds and Returns
Requests for refunds/returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Late returns will not be considered. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the person returning the order. It is recommended that returned goods are sent  Recorded Delivery, and must have proof of postage.

Any goods deemed to be damaged or defective must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt. Goods found to be damaged or defective will be replaced free of charge. It is the customers responsibility to return these goods, and all return postage charges on goods found to be defective or damaged will be refunded.

Any returned goods must be in the original undamaged packaging, and the goods should not have been used or damaged in any way. Any returns that do not comply with these requirements will not be refunded.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the customers name, address and order number.
